Mission 3 Lighter Than White - Start[]
After returning to Arthur with the Water Crest, he will begin Mission 3 by telling you to find someone in Durian Village who knows about the Thunder Cavern.

Southwest of the town gate is an NPC called Amber who will open the Thunder Cavern for 1 each of the following items:
- Ant Leg (Wastelands, Distant Wilderness and Water Cavern)
- Butterfly Wing (Wastelands and Plebeian Dunes)
- Spider Web (Shale Pits)
Once you give her the items the Thunder Cavern will be unlocked, you can proceed there directly and retrieve the Crest of Thunder before starting the next mission with Arthur
